Little Falls
and the east valley
About 20 miles west of Little Falls along Route 5S, on Broad Street in Frankfort. Cars, light trucks and semis, plus 24/7 roadside assistance and towing.
Straight down Route 5S
From Little Falls the drive is about 20 miles, most of it on Route 5S through Mohawk, Ilion and Frankfort, with no city driving until the last stretch. On the Thruway, Little Falls is Exit 29A and the shop is off Exit 31.
One appointment, car or truck
The same bays take a family car that needs brakes or an honest answer about a check engine light, and a tractor that needs diesel work, air brakes or a DOT inspection. Diagnostic equipment finds the actual fault instead of replacing parts and hoping, and the estimate comes before anything is opened up.
Stopped between 29A and 30
If a car or truck quits on the Thruway between Exit 29A and Exit 30, or on Route 5 or 5S through the valley, the same number reaches roadside day and night. Tell the dispatcher the direction you were travelling and the nearest mile marker, and whether you are somewhere safe.
Broken down? We’re already moving.
Call the shop for an appointment, or call the same number at 2 a.m. from the shoulder of the Thruway. Roadside assistance and towing run around the clock.
